SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders ship via USPS in one business day, Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.

United States sales tax will be automatically applied at checkout based on the state of your shipping destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk email.

Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).

Return & Exchange Policy

Items in unused and original condition are eligible for FREE returns within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Twinfire E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

FINAL SALE
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise: sale/clearance items; all exchanged and replacement items.


Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange at info@twinfirejewelry.com and provide reason for the return.  Once we validate the return, we will email you a return label.

  • Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form. Attach the prepaid USPS shipping label on the outside of the package.

  • Drop off package at your nearest USPS Store. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.

  • Once we have received and validated your returned parcel it will be processed into our system and a notification email will be sent to you. Any refund due to you may take up to 7 business days from our email to you confirming receipt and validation.
